The location of the hotel was great, very close to the city center and all the attractions. Additionally, the breakfast was decent and offered a good variety of food to choose from. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always willing to help.

The rooms were extremely outdated and in need of renovation, with old carpet and peeling wallpaper. The Wi-Fi was also poor, making it difficult to even load a simple webpage.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, a few steps to the pedestrian zone in the city centre. Underground car park for the motorcycle free of charge.

The hotel was well located, close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the indoor pool was a great treat, perfect for relaxing during the cold winter weather.

The location and the price

A little hard to find. They charge for everything, use of the pool, gym, maps.

We left the hotel early in the morning, and the breakfast was packed for us.

There was an unpleasant smell in one room.

The water in the pool was cold- 25 c and smaller than we thought.Guests had to pay for the use of it. We stayed in the other building so we had to cross the street in order to use the pool and spa services.

Big rooms, beds are wide and comfortable, Internet access very good.

Not wide, however decent variety in breakfest menu. Pancakes should be hot, not cold.

The location was excellent, very close to the city center, so we didn't need to use our car often. The room was spacious, cozy, and clean, providing top-quality furniture and bedding. We appreciated the daily cleaning services and adequate toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good enough for the money!

The noise insulation was very poor between the rooms. Every time a guest used the sanitary in another room at the same floor, a very disturbing noise could be heard. The bed was from poor quality and the furniture was from another age. Shower curtain was too short and not practical. After a shower the shower floor was all wet. I had the feeling that I spent time in a mobile home. Just a 2 stars hotel max. Not worth the 50 Euro/night in Bulgaria. However, not much choice available in ruse or svishtov.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being really close to the city center square. It made it super convenient for us to explore the city and we didn't even need to use our car. The staff here were amazing, always friendly and helpful. We felt so welcomed and taken care of during our stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and cozy, with beautiful furniture and all the amenities we needed. It was cleaned daily and the bed sheets and mattress were top quality. We also appreciated the daily room service and the fresh towels provided. the comfort and service here were exceptional.

All in all, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I only stayed for a day with my wife but we could find out that the hotel is in a quiet place, it is clean (inside and outside), good WI-FI network working in the room, good breakfast. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel has a private parking in the basement with only 4 BGN/day.

It was a bad smell from the bathroom pipes when we just arrived. They shoud refresh the room before guest arriving. The air conditioning unit was very noisy in our particular room.
